On July 16, 2020, the Registrar at National Day Calendar proclaimed National Management Training Week to be observed annually during the third full week in August.

In June 2021, The Complete Manager Makeover Book was published to support and provide management training in the workplace. It offers a nuts and bolts approach to answer questions like “what exactly do I say and do in this situation?” It provides a road map to follow with people management, so whether hiring, interviewing, training or managing performance, managers have not only regulatory compliance but practical application including what to do and what to say in various managerial situations they encounter.
