As Founder, President and lead HR Consultant, Lisa delivers efficient execution of strategic HR foundations, improved administration processes and engaging training for her clients ensuring honesty, integrity and reliability. She ensures “sustainable results” with the “highest level of professionalism”. Lisa is a wife, mom, grandma and enjoys crafting and butterflies!!
Mark Perez
Supporting Business Executive
Mark Perez is a supporting Business Executive sharing The CMM mission during Tradeshows, Conference Booth Events and Lisa’s speaking engagements.
He is also known as the muscle behind the mission, from tradeshows to speaking engagements, you can catch him doing the heavy lifting & providing support as Lisa’s right hand man (truly).
Since HBL’s inception, he has shared in the company’s mission and vision hoping for greater human connection in the HR industry. Mark is proud to join Lisa in spreading the mission of “Transforming the Human in Human Resources”.
When not on the mission, he enjoys attending music & art festivals with Lisa, cycling and all things basketball.
Jacqueline Payano
Branding & Social Media Coordinator
With over 10 years in marketing and design, Jaqueline Payano, affectionately known as Jackie in the office, brings professionalism, passion and her dynamic spirit to everything she touches.
Jackie is a founding team member at HBL, she has supported and been involved in every stage of the company’s growth and expansion touching everything from accounting, brand evolution, training material development, social media and more.
As a dedicated wife and mother of two, she prioritizes family, growth, and creative expression.
Amanda Velez
Executive Assistant
Since its inception, Amanda Velez has been a champion and advocate of The CMM vision. Joining the firm in 2021 as Executive Assistant, she supports various areas of the business including creative advice, creative writing, certifications maintenance, book tour strategies, virtual training responsibilities to name a few.
Whether behind or in front of the scenes, Amanda connects HR professionals and business owners to The CMM curriculum. She brings creativity and passion to everything she does and finds joy in supporting and serving others.
Outside of her Executive Assistant duties, she is a lyricist, story writer and real estate agent.
Diana Dizon
HR Executive Assistant
Diana Dizon is Lisa’s HR Executive Assistant and one of our greatest assets behind the scenes supporting various functions including HR administration, newsletter development, CMM Membership support and so much more.
She joined the team in 2021 and instantly resonated with The CMM philosophy and vision. Year after year, we are lucky to have her grow alongside us as we continue to bring awareness to The Complete Manager Makeover.
As one of the key members of the team, she brings professionalism, care, and meticulous attention to everything she does. Diana loves to travel and is a devoted wife and mother.
Xenia Johnson
Executive & Business Development Coordinator
As our Executive & Business Development Coordinator, Xenia Johnson plays a vital role in ensuring the success of both our internal operations and external business development initiatives. With a unique blend of administrative expertise and business development savvy, Xenia supports everything from executive scheduling and membership support to new client communications.
Previously serving as our Tradeshow Assistant, Xenia brought energy and a welcoming spirit to our nationwide tradeshow events. In her expanded role, she provides key support in accounting, marketing, and office administration, helping our President/CEO drive efficiency to impact our programs and client services. Outside of work, Xenia finds joy in her roles as a devoted wife and mother. A passionate scrapbooker, she treasures capturing life’s moments and creating lasting memories with her family.
Andy Hernandez
IT Consultant
Andy began attaining an interest in assisting small businesses while attending college. One of his family members needed some IT help with his small business, so he assisted when he could in between classes.
By the time he completed his degree, Andy had a handful of regular customers and came upon the realization that there was an area that was not being fulfilled by larger IT firms.
As a result, he decided to make it official and founded Plexus Technology Services, with a goal of providing quality yet affordable IT support and cloud services for businesses. Andy enjoys Salsa dancing, being a Dad to his son and is a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
